AR luxury staging, for every property
Empty properties,reimagined.
Stilar elevates property tours by revealing what an empty space can become — without furniture, delay, or a ten-thousand-dollar bill.
On the tour, the buyer lifts a phone and sees the empty property as a fully designed home in augmented reality — at true scale, in the room itself.
For the properties staging usually skips
Access
The fourth-floor walk-up.
Timing
The co-op, waiting on board approval.
Price point
The one-bed on a starter budget.
Scale
The five-floor townhouse.
01 — Why Stilar
The staging standard, rewritten in your favor.
A fraction of the cost
Stage every property, not just the flagship.
Physical staging runs $5–30K a property. With no furniture to move, Stilar costs a fraction — so every property gets it.
At true scale
They tour a furnished home, not an empty room.
All the presence of a professionally staged home, at full size — walked through inside the actual property, never a flat photo.
A tour they steer
Every buyer pictures their own life in it.
One buyer needs a nursery, another a study. Switch the layout on the spot and each one sees the space working for their life.
02 — The Difference
Everything physical staging does. None of what it costs.
Physical staging still sets the standard for how a property should feel. Stilar delivers that same standard — without the furniture, the trucks, or the five-figure invoice.
Physical staging
$5–30K a property, weeks of lead time, movers and storage — and only the properties that can carry the cost ever get it. One look, then it’s gone.
Stilar · AR Staging
The same designer-composed interior, at true scale in the actual property — ready in days, on every listing you carry, in as many styles as the buyer wants to see.
03 — How We Work
We compose the property. Buyers see themselves in it.
Three steps, hand-managed from first call to finished tour.
01
We scan the property.
A specialist visits the empty space and captures a LiDAR scan — a millimeter-accurate 3D model of the property, taken in a single sitting.
02
Our designers stage it.
We furnish each property by hand, in several ways to live in it — composed for the property and its market, never templated.
03
Buyers tour it, in person.
They open the app, standing in the empty property, and watch it come to life at full scale. That is the moment they commit.
04 — Who We Serve
Wherever an empty property is costing you the deal.
Agents
Win the listing, then the sale.
Walk into the pitch with something no one else can offer. Show every property staged on the spot, and turn showings into offers — competing with teams many times your size.
Brokerages
A finer standard, across the book.
Give every agent the staged showing without the staging budget. Lift the impression of every property you carry, and win recruits with tools worthy of the work.
05 — Request a Quote
It starts with a quote.
One of our specialists visits to capture a precise LiDAR scan of the empty property — a millimeter-accurate 3D model our designers stage from.
We are onboarding a limited number of brokerages this season.

Questions, answered.
How is this different from virtual staging?
Entirely. Virtual staging is a doctored photo that lives online, seen before the visit. Stilar is the showing itself — the buyer stands in the empty property and sees it as a designed home, at true scale, in the very space they are considering.
What does it cost?
Set per property, by its size and the number of layouts you would like. Against physical staging at $5,000 to $30,000 in New York, it is the same finished impression for a fraction of the outlay.
How long does it take?
A visit to the property, then a few days in our studio while the designers compose it. Yours is the visit; the rest is ours.
Will it look real?
Every interior is composed by hand and set to the property's own walls, proportions, and light — the way a photographer lights a space, not a cut-out dropped in.
Can we show more than one style?
Yes. We compose several layouts per property — living and dining, a primary suite, an open plan — and the buyer moves between them while standing in the property.
Where do you work?
We are opening in New York this season, property by property. Enquire and we will tell you when we can stage yours.
