Our Story
Stilar began with a simple frustration: the best staging was reserved for the few properties that could carry a five-figure bill - while everything else went to market empty.
A furnished space sells faster and for more, yet physical staging is slow, costly, and impossible at scale. We set out to give agents that same advantage on every property - without the furniture, the trucks, or the weeks of lead time. The answer was augmented reality: a designer-composed interior, experienced at true scale, standing inside the very room a buyer is considering.
Today we are a studio of interior designers and technologists working with brokerages across New York - composing spaces by hand, delivering them in days, and helping buyers picture a life inside four empty walls.
